Minister Nasir Hussain Shah inaugurates event at STDC by cutting the ceremonial cake

Karachi (): Sindh Minister for Energy, Planning and Development, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, has said that the month of August reminds the nation of the sacrifices made by the martyrs for the creation and protection of Pakistan. He stated that during the Battle for Truth, Pakistan’s brave armed forces demonstrated exceptional courage, valor, and heroism, which not only brought honor to the country but also filled the hearts of every Pakistani with pride.

He emphasized that this moment instilled a strong sense of belief across the nation that Pakistan is an indomitable country whose security lies in capable and strong hands.

He expressed these views as the chief guest at a special event organized by the Sindh Transmission and Dispatch Company (STDC) at the Energy Department Office in connection with Independence Day and Battle for Truth celebrations.

The event was hosted by STDC CEO Saleem Shaikh and attended by Energy Secretary Mushtaq Soomro, Managing Director Thar Coal Energy Board Tariq Shah, Project Director SSEP Mahfooz Ahmed Qazi, STDC Secretary Umar Nawaz Shaikh, Chief Financial Officer Sajjad Ahmed Junejo, and Senior GM Technical Tariq Saeed, along with other senior officials.

On the occasion, Minister Nasir Hussain Shah ceremonially cut the cake to officially launch the month-long celebrations and the Battle for Truth theme, while also congratulating one another by sharing cake. STDC CEO Saleem Shaikh also distributed badges among the attendees to mark the occasion.
